We felt the high price of the excursion was disproportionate to what was offered. A short ride on a reindeer sleigh and another with the huskies. No visits to the farms as advertised. We went to the restaurant and told the guide we were leaving, as there was nothing to do there. A truly disappointing excursion.

The scenery was beautiful and the staff very friendly, but it was nothing like the description. Aside from the transfer, the experience only lasted an hour. You rush to get on the husky sled without any prior explanation about the tradition or the animals, then rush to the reindeer sled, and then, admittedly, a short talk in a cabin before heading back to the van. Including the transfers, it doesn't even reach two hours, not the four they advertise. For the price, I expected a less sheep-like experience.

Translate this opinion into English.

Awesome! We went to see the huskies, who were super cute, and the reindeer. We took a sleigh ride with both. While we were around a campfire, we ate delicious cinnamon cookies and drank warm berry juice, which is very typical, and they explained the traditions and history of the reindeer. Equipped with thermal overalls, we had time to sled across the frozen lake. Opinion translated. Show original.

Our guide Jerai was lovely and took great care of us. We thought it was a wonderful activity. We knew the husky ride was very short, but with the cold weather and the children, it was just right—great fun. My children really enjoyed going down the sleds. Highly recommended. Translate this opinion into English.

Our guide, Yerai, was very professional. They provided clothing, and the coach was more than adequate. Everything was on schedule, and the huskies and reindeer were highly recommended. The break between activities, with information about the reindeer, was very helpful. It's worth considering extending the dog walk as it goes by very quickly. The price is a bit high, but you're surrounded by nature. Ideal for families with children. There's an area for playing with sleds in your free time (although the sleds were quite worn...).

We thought it was a farm visit, that they would give us information about huskies: their history, care, current uses... But it wasn't like that at all. We left late, it was a bit poorly organized, we arrived, had a quick sleigh ride, petted them a little, and that was it. We chose the tour precisely for that reason: because they would explain everything to us, and it would be a more personalized and respectful experience for the animals, but much cheaper and better at Santa Claus Village.

Nelson and the other guys were friendly and helpful throughout the experience, but both the husky and reindeer rides lasted less than two minutes. Between activities, they gave us tea and cookies to keep us warm since it was -20 degrees Celsius that day. Honestly, it's quite expensive for what they offer. I don't recommend this tour.

It's very expensive for how short the activity is: 1 minute with the dogs and 5 minutes with the reindeer. Afterwards, they give you free time so they don't have to take you back home on time.
