Nada más llegar, Zeyad de Dunas Travel, nos intentó cobrar el doble por las tarjetas sim. Durante el trayecto al hotel nos explicó el itinerario del viaje, ofreciéndonos cambios, e intentando cambiar unas por otras más baratas. Sin contar que actividades extras que no están incluidas en el paquete, queria cobrarnos más que lo que cuestan en Civitatis. En cuanto al crucero por el Nilo, las comidas del barco Casa Sol, malas e insípidas, de mala calidad, nos pusimos malos, lo mejor fue el Mar Rojo.

As atividades foram como descritas no anúncio, guias muito bons, nos fizeram imergir na cultura e história do país! Uma ressalva à informação do pacote onde diz que o visto e assistência desde a chegada estão inclusos! Chegando ao Cairo não fomos recepcionados nesse primeiro momento, toda comunicação, inclusive com a imigração local foi feita por nossa conta, inclusive o pagamento do visto que diz estar incluído! Todo excelente. Dunas la empresa que organiza excelente respuesta ante cualquier inconveniente. Lastima que el guia que me recibio me quiso cobrar la cena cuando estaba incluida y termine pagando 5 euros por la gaseosa y el trato de su parte no fue el mejor. Bien p/ conocer lo más importante.La org.dejó que desear.Pensé q se iba en grupo.Subcontrato con un guia "acompañante" te busca y te lleva con otros guias. Aconsejó mal, y "descansamos" 6 hs en vez de ir al centro por nuestra cta. Hotel era lejísimos, zona horrible. No caminamos centro y BAZAR tranquilas, pq en ambos tours q te llevan allí es 30'. no pudimos ver el barrio C por ser vie santo, cosa que se hubiese solucionando con org. mirando el clima y el almanaque.

Okay for seeing the most important sights. The organization left much to be desired. I thought we were going in a group. They subcontracted with a "guide" who picked us up and took us with other guides. He gave bad advice, and we "rested" for 6 hours instead of going to the city center on our own. Es un tour muy completo. Se hacen muchas excursiones, eso si, es un viaje de madrugones! Los tres dias en Hurghada de relax nos gustaron mucho también. Los guías fueron muy amables. Cómo única pega decir que el último día nos íbamos a la noche y nos nos habían organizado nada y tuvimos que pagar aparte la entrada al museo nuevo (no entendemos como a nosotros no nos entraba esa excursión y a otros del grupo si) y una excursión más y aún así nos dejaron muy pronto en el aeropuerto (6 horas antes).

It's a very comprehensive tour. There are many excursions, but be warned, it's a trip that requires early mornings! We also really enjoyed the three relaxing days in Hurghada. The guides were very friendly. Our only complaint is that on the last day, we were leaving in the evening and nothing had been arranged for us. En general bien; los guías de El Cairo fenomenales, los hoteles muy buenos, el barco no tanto (pero el crucero recomendable). Visitamos todo lo acordado, pero faltaba información más detallada de las actividades a realizar de antemano. Las visitas a los templos, pirámides ... deberían tener más duración, recortaban el tiempo para poder visitar comercios que no nos interesaban, ni a nosotros ni al grupo. A pesar de los inconvenientes, recomiendo Civitatis para visitar Egipto.

Overall good; the guides in Cairo were phenomenal, the hotels very good, the boat not so much (but the cruise is recommended). We visited everything agreed upon, but there was a lack of more detailed information about the activities to be carried out in advance. The visits to the temples, pyramids... should last longer; they cut down the time to visit shops that were of no interest to us or the group. Despite the inconveniences, I recommend Civitatis for visiting Egypt.
